Pralvo OS Seed 0.1 builds reproducibly

First byte-identical rebuild across machines, with boot-tested evidence on every run.

Pralvo OS Seed 0.1 now builds byte-identically on two independent machines from the same pinned inputs. Every build is boot-tested as a real VM under QEMU before it counts as done.

What this unlocks

• An audit trail that can be independently checked
• A foundation for image signing and release channels
• A basis for health-gated rollback

Signing, channels and rollback are still ahead — this build is an internal increment, not a supported release.
